Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays).
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Holidays.
- If your order is placed on a holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.
Shipping Methods and Rates
- We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Domestic Shipping
- We ship from our warehouse.
- Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected and your delivery address. All delivery times are estimated and may vary based on factors outside of our control, including weather and courier delays.
International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees which are not included in the total price at checkout. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are assessed by the destination country.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track the status of your order by clicking the tracking link in the email or by visiting our website and entering your order details.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Eye Style Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
