FAQ
SHIPPING
- All U.S orders will be delivered 1 week after being shipped at most. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.
- If you haven't received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
- All orders will have a 1-3 day production fulfillment time period. This means we will fulfill your order within 1-3 days and ship it out. Average delivery time is 4 days but can take as long as 1 week.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
- All sales are final, which means if you bought the wrong size or want to switch colors you cannot. Now if we made a mistake and gave you the wrong size or color we can offer you a full refund on your order and we'll initiate a return on the wrong product.
- We have a 5-day refund policy. This means if you do not contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any refund request.
SHIPPING PROVIDER
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IF YOUR ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN
- If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
- In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package. we will process a refund.
- Please note that any refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding thee shipping fee. The shipping fee, which ranges from $6 and $8, is non-refundable.
